With the MJJC Mini Pad Washer, polishing discs can be thoroughly cleaned immediately after polishing or even during polishing.

Under no circumstances should the paste dry out in the polishing discs. A dirty polishing wheel can result in deep sanding marks and micro-scratches during polishing. Intermediate cleaning and final cleaning after use are therefore essential. This can be seen not only in the polishing result, but also in the longer service life of the pads.

It can also be used to clean wool, microfiber and sponge polishing discs.

Instructions for use:

Fill the bucket with clean water until the water level is slightly above the dirt trap.
Press the small grid in the middle three times, placing the sponge firmly on it. speed during cleaning.
When the polishing disc is clean, lift it from the grid and switch the machine to a higher gear.
Keep the lid closed when cleaning, washing and drying the insert.
